Mechanical Repairs
We repair all Neumag winder and spinning components in our well-equipped mechanical repair shop. This includes, but is not limited to:

We repair electrical components for Neumag machinery in our high tech electronic repair shop. This includes, but is not limited to:

Pump Repairs
Barmag has a complete pump service facility which is able to handle the most precision applications. We service Barmag, Neumag and competitors pumps in our dedicated pump workshop. From cleaning, to inspection, lapping of plates, assembly and flow testing we track your pump thru all steps in the process. We are an authorized factory service center for Barmag and Neumag. Our staff have been factory trained in all the most recent pump types. We have the proper equipment for professional repairs, including:
- Schwing Technologies VacuClean System for pump burn-out
- Clemco Zero BNP sandblaster
- Dayton sandblaster (for glass beads)
- Roterberg polishing station
- Cleanmaster & Zep parts washing stations
- (2) Bandelin Sonorex Technik ultrasonic parts washers
- (3) Hydraulic presses (25, 50, 70 ton)
- Lapmaster model 36 lapping machine
- (2) Aye model 4019 electonic measuring towers (1 micron increments)
