eAFK – The automatic texturing machine

The eAFK unites tried-and-tested technologies from the eFK, AFK and MPS machine series with the flexibility of a modern, modular machine structure. To this end, top priority is – as customary – awarded to outstanding yarn quality.

In an economic, efficient and energy-conscious manner, eAFK utilizes godet technology, auto-doffing and – for excellent package build – ATT technology.

Modular structure with proven technology

Parking positions for bobbins and standby position for paper tubes, extremely fast string up, and maximum doffing efficiency enable virtually uninterrupted operation - even at high speeds and during long runs. Optimal unwinding properties and excellent dyeing results ensure that downstream processes such as weaving, knitting, or warp knitting run stably and with minimal waste. Various innovative cross-sections offer the perfect solution for customized requirements. As does the huge range of processible polymers – from polyester, polyamide and polypropylene all the way through to PLA and PTT.

Gentle Texturing for the Highest Polyamide Quality
The eAFK PA is specifically designed to meet the demands of polyamide texturing. A short, straight yarn path minimizes stress and ensures excellent yarn quality — especially for sensitive PA applications.

Multi-ply specialty yarns without compromising efficiency
The eAFK Multi is specifically designed for the production of multi-ply yarns. A double POY feed system ensures the highest yarn quality at full productivity — even for 2-ply products.
